6.1 Product Installation Steps
1. Install the receiver in the electrical cabinet through the buckle on the back, or install it in the electrical cabinet through the screw holes at the four corners of the receiver.
2. Refer to our receiver wiring diagram, compare your on-site equipment, and connect the equipment to the receiver through wires.
3. After the receiver is fixed, the antenna equipped with the receiver must be connected, and the outer end of the antenna must be installed or placed outside the electrical cabinet. It is recommended to place it on the top of the electrical cabinet for the best signal effect. It is forbidden to leave the antenna unconnected or place the antenna inside the electrical cabinet, which may cause poor signal and unusable.
4. Finally, install the battery in the remote control, tighten the battery cover, and then turn on the power switch of the remote control. After the remote control display shows the normal working interface, you can perform remote control operation.

7.1 Remote Control Parameter Settings
How to enter the background parameters of the remote controller: turn the mode switch to manual mode, adjust the speed of the small motor to 25, or 0, 10, 20, 40, 50, and turn the forward switch of the large motor upwards 3 times and downwards 3 times;
Use the “Small Motor Speed Control” knob to turn the page, press Enable and turn the small motor speed control knob to modify the parameters; after modification, turn the page to the end, select Save and Exit, and press the Enable button to exit the menu;

The parameters are as follows:Maximum current: large motor current feedback value range, setting range 15-200A, default 60;

Speed control parameters: automatic mode small motor automatic acceleration speed, the smaller the faster, setting range 200-1500, default 1000;

Deceleration parameter: Set the upper limit of the motor speed change allowed. When the current changes beyond this value, it will decelerate. The smaller it is, the faster the left and right motors will decelerate. The range is 05-12, and the default is 06;

Acceleration a1: The larger the value, the faster the motor speed increases, range 00-06,default 01; Deceleration a2: The larger the value, the faster the motor speed decreases, range 00-06, default 02;

Enable speed regulation: Whether the small motor speed regulation needs to be enabled, 00 is not enabled, 01 is enabled, default 01;

Maximum travel: Maximum speed of the left and right motors, range 10-100, default 50;

Cutting current: Maximum cutting current, the screen displays IC value, range 15-160, default 30, the screen displays IC: 30. The upper limit of this parameter = maximum current x 80%;

Default speed limit: The default small motor automatic cutting speed at startup, range 00-100, default 10, the screen displays F1.0, this parameter is only accurate when the maximum travel is set to 50.

Wireless channel: Default is 10. When the remote control signal is unstable or there is signal interference on site, you can modify this parameter to switch channels to avoid interference;

7.Remote control function operation instructions

1） Turn on the remote control
When the receiver is powered on, the receiver working indicator flashes; install two AA batteries in the remote control, turn on the power switch, and the display shows a value,indicating successful startup. The receiver working indicator light becomes solid.
2）Switch and button functions
Any operation of the twist switch and button on the remote control can control the corresponding switch signal output point on the receiver. All switch signal output points on the receiver are normally open signals by default;
3）W1-W4 speed adjustment
Rotate the knobs in W1-W4 arbitrarily to operate the corresponding analog output signal or potentiometer signal at the receiver end. The analog output signal at the receiver end defaults to a 0-10V voltage signal, and the potentiometer signal defaults to 0-5K;
4） Emergency stop function
When the emergency stop button is pressed, all switch signal outputs are disconnected and the analog output is disconnected; after the emergency stop is released, all switch signals are restored and the analog output is restored; 5 seconds after the remote control is turned off, all switch signal outputs are disconnected and the analog quantities remain unchanged. When the remote control is turned on, the switch signal outputs automatically recover;

Remote control function operation instructions

1.Turn on the remote control

When the is powered on, the RF-LED light on the receiver starts to flash;install two AA batteries in threceiver e remote control, turn on the power switch, andthe display will show the motor speed, indicating successful startup.

2.Large motor and speed regulation

Turn the “forward/reverse” switch to forward, the receiver’s large motor will turn on, and the display will show forward

Turn the “forward/reverse” switch to reverse, the large motor of the receiver will turn on in reverse, and the display will show reverse

Rotate the “large motor speed adjustment” knob to adjust the receiver’s large motor speed adjustment output voltage 0-10V;

3.Small motor and speed regulation

Move the “forward/reverse” switch to forward, the left wheel forward and right wheel forward of the receiver are turned on, and the display shows forward

Turn the “Forward/Reverse” switch to reverse, the left wheel reverse and right wheel reverse of the receiver are turned on, and the display shows reverse

4.Turn left and right

Turn the “Left/Right” switch to left, the receiver’s right wheel will forward and turn on,and the display will show left

Turn the “turn left/right” switch to turn right, the left wheel of the receiver will forward and turn on, and the display will show turn right

5.Turn in place

In manual mode:
Turn left in place: Press and hold the “Enable” button, turn the “Left/Right Turn” switch to left, the left wheel backward and right wheel forward of the receiver are turned on,and start turning left in place;

Turn right in place: Press and hold the “Enable” button, turn the “Left/Right Turn” switch to right, the left wheel forward and right wheel reverse of the receiver are turned on, and the receiver starts to turn right in place;

6.Small motor speed limit adjustment

In automatic mode: press and hold the “Enable” button and rotate the “Small Motor Speed Adjustment” to adjust the maximum speed of the small motor during automatic cutting;

7.Automatic cutting

The first step is to start the big motor; the second step is to switch the mode switch to “Auto”; the third step is to start the small motor and the screen will display “Cutting Auto”,indicating that it has entered the automatic cutting mode;

8. Straight line correction

When the left and right walking motors are moving forward and backward, the left and right speeds are inconsistent, and the straight-line walking deviates. You can use the linear correction function of the remote control to fine-tune the speed of the left and right wheels;
Correction principle: Through the correction function, the speed of the left wheel is fine-tuned to reach the same speed as the right wheel, so as to synchronize the speed of the left and right wheels and eliminate the deviation;
Deviation correction operation method: In manual mode, press and hold the “Enable” button and rotate the “Small Motor Speed Regulation”;
Rotate clockwise to increase the left wheel speed voltage and the correction value on the display screen will increase;
Rotate counterclockwise to reduce the left wheel speed voltage and the display correction value to decrease;
Correction range: Correction value -90 to 90; correction voltage of one correction unit is about 0.02V;

9. Parameter menu (users are prohibited from modifying it without permission)

Some functions of the remote control can be adjusted through parameters. In manual mode, when the small motor speed S2 is 10, push the forward/reverse switch up three times in a row, and then push it down three times in a row to enter the parameter menu;
Exit the parameter menu: choose to save or not save, then press the enable button to confirm the exit;
Maximum current: the operating rated current of the cutting motor is 80% of this currentt;
Speed control parameters: automatic cutting control parameters, default 800, modification is prohibited;
Deceleration parameter: automatic cutting control parameter. When the cutting current change value exceeds this value,deceleration begins.
