5.Remote control function operation instructions

1）Turn on the remote control

When the receiver is powered on, the D2 power light on the receiver is always on, andthe D1 signal light starts to flash; install two AA batteries in the remote control, ligue o interruptor de alimentação, and the display will show the motor speed, indicating successful startup.

2）Large motor and speed regulation/Main motor and speed regulation

Press and hold “Speed Regulation Enable”, turn the “Forward/Reverse” switch to forward, and the receiver’s main motor will turn on;
Press and hold “Speed Regulation Enable”, turn the “Forward/Reverse” switch to reverse, and the receiver’s main motor will reverse and turn on;Simply move the switch to the middle or reverse direction, and the main motor will stop immediately without pressing the speed control enable button;Rotate the “big motor” knob to adjust the speed regulation voltage of the receiver’s main motor inverter to 0-10V;

3）Traveling motor

Press and hold “Speed Adjustment Enable”, turn the “Forward/Reverse” switch to forward or backward, and the walking motor will move at a high speed of 50;

4）Swing arm motor and speed regulation

Turn the “Swing Arm/Reverse” switch to swing arm or retreat, and the receiver’s swing arm motor starts; then rotate the “Speed Adjustment” knob to adjust the swing arm motor speed;

Press and hold “Speed Adjustment Enable”, and then pull the “Swing Arm/Reverse” switch, the swing arm motor will move at a high speed of 50;

5）Travel motor speed limit adjustment

Press and hold the “speed adjustment enable” button and rotate the “speed adjustment” to adjust the maximum speed limit of the traveling motor during automatic cutting;

6） Automatic cutting

The first step is to start the main motor; the second step is to adjust the maximum speed limit of the walking motor; the third step is to move the “forward/reverse” switch forward or backward to enter the automatic cutting mode;

7） Parameter menu (users are prohibited from modifying it without permission)

Enter the parameter menu:No modo manual, when the main motor speed is 0, push the forward/reverse switch up three times in a row, and then push it down three times in a row to enterthe parameter menu;

7.Automatic cutting

The first step is to start the big motor; the second step is to switch the mode switch to “Auto”; the third step is to start the small motor and the screen will display “Cutting Auto”,indicating that it has entered the automatic cutting mode;

8. Straight line correction

When the left and right walking motors are moving forward and backward, the left and right speeds are inconsistent, and the straight-line walking deviates. You can use the linear correction function of the remote control to fine-tune the speed of the left and right wheels;
Correction principle: Through the correction function, the speed of the left wheel is fine-tuned to reach the same speed as the right wheel, so as to synchronize the speed of the left and right wheels and eliminate the deviation;
Deviation correction operation method: No modo manual, press and hold the “Enable” button and rotate the “Small Motor Speed Regulation”;
Rotate clockwise to increase the left wheel speed voltage and the correction value on the display screen will increase;
Rotate counterclockwise to reduce the left wheel speed voltage and the display correction value to decrease;
Correction range: Correction value -90 to 90; correction voltage of one correction unit is about 0.02V;

9. Parameter menu (users are prohibited from modifying it without permission)

Some functions of the remote control can be adjusted through parameters. No modo manual, when the small motor speed S2 is 10, push the forward/reverse switch up three times in a row, and then push it down three times in a row to enter the parameter menu;
Exit the parameter menu: choose to save or not save, then press the enable button to confirm the exit;
