1. 產品簡介

採用電子手輪進行手動引導, 定位, 工具對準, 以及數控機床上的其他操作. 此型號電子手輪為西門子實顯有線電子手輪. 手輪通過網線連接到西門子系統的X130接口, 通過S7協議通訊讀取系統坐標並顯示在手輪液晶屏上. 手輪還可控制系統軸選擇, 放大, 按鈕, andother signals through communication.

筆記:
緊急停止按鈕:
按下緊急停止按鈕, 接收器上的兩組急停IO輸出將斷開, and all functions of the handwheel will be invalid.
解除緊急停止後, 接收器上的緊急停止IO輸出關閉, and all functions of the handwheel are restored.
② 屏幕顯示:

 

可編程邏輯控制器: 0000 表示網線未連接, 可編程邏輯控制器: 1010 indicates that the network cable is successfully connected to the PLC system.
可編程邏輯控制器: 1110 代表系統數據成功寫入手輪, 可編程邏輯控制器: 0001 represents successful connection to the computer.
③ 自定義按鈕:
6 自定義按鈕, 每個對應接收器上的一個IO輸出點, also connected to the system through communication.
④ 軸選擇開關:

6.1 產品安裝步驟
1. Install the receiver into the electrical cabinet through the screw holes at the four corners.
2. 請參閱我們的接收器接線圖並將其與您的現場設備進行比較. Connect the device to the receiver through cables and connect the receiver to the X130 interface of the system using Ethernet cables.
3. 固定好接收器後, 將航空插頭座安裝在面板手輪開口處, 將底座的另一端插入接收器上的手輪接口. Then insert the aviation plug of the handwheel cable into the base and tighten the fixing device.

7.產品操作說明

1. 接收機通電後接收機工作指示燈閃爍, 用網線將接收器與電腦連接, 設置電腦的固定IP地址, 並使用網絡配置工具軟件設置手輪功能的網絡參數. 具體設置方法, 參考 “LXWGP-ETS 有線手輪用戶手冊”.

2.接收器設置後, 系統需要編寫PLC程序. 請參閱 “LXWGP-ETS不同西門子數控系統設置方法” and PLC program routine materials for details.

3.完成以上設置後, 將接收器拿到機器電氣櫃並安裝. Pull out the network cable from the computer and plug it into the X130 interface of the system.Connect the receiver power supply and pulse line.3.

7. 移動軸: 按住啟用按鈕, 選擇軸選擇開關, 選擇放大開關, and then rotate the pulse encoder to rotate the positive moving axis clockwise and the negative moving axis counterclockwise.
8. 長按任意自定義按鍵即可打開接收器中對應按鍵的IO輸出, and release the button to turn off the output.
9. 按下緊急停止按鈕, 接收器對應的急停IO輸出會斷開, 手輪功能將被禁用, 鬆開緊急停止按鈕, 急停IO輸出將被關閉, and the handwheel function will be restored.
