1. 产品简介

采用电子手轮进行手动引导, 定位, 工具对齐, 以及CNC机床上的其他操作. 此型号电子手轮为西门子实显有线电子手轮. 手轮通过网线连接到西门子系统的X130接口, 通过S7协议通讯读取系统坐标并显示在手轮液晶屏上. 手轮还可控制系统轴选择, 放大, 按钮, andother signals through communication.
2.产品功能特点
1. 使用6芯航空插头连接线进行连接, 手轮电缆长度为 10 meters.

紧急停止按钮:
按下紧急停止按钮, 接收器上的两组急停IO输出将断开, and all functions of the handwheel will be invalid.
解除紧急停止后, 接收器上的紧急停止IO输出关闭, and all functions of the handwheel are restored.

可编程逻辑控制器: 0000 表示网线未连接, 可编程逻辑控制器: 1010 indicates that the network cable is successfully connected to the PLC system.
可编程逻辑控制器: 1110 代表系统数据成功写入手轮, 可编程逻辑控制器: 0001 represents successful connection to the computer.
③ 自定义按钮:
6 自定义按钮, 每个对应接收器上的一个IO输出点, also connected to the system through communication.

6.1 产品安装步骤
1. Install the receiver into the electrical cabinet through the screw holes at the four corners.
2. 请参阅我们的接收器接线图并将其与您的现场设备进行比较. Connect the device to the receiver through cables and connect the receiver to the X130 interface of the system using Ethernet cables.
3. 固定好接收器后, 将航空插头座安装在面板手轮开口处, 将底座的另一端插入接收器上的手轮接口. Then insert the aviation plug of the handwheel cable into the base and tighten the fixing device.

7.产品操作说明

1. 接收机通电后接收机工作指示灯闪烁, 用网线将接收器与电脑连接, 设置电脑的固定IP地址, 并使用网络配置工具软件设置手轮功能的网络参数. 具体设置方法, 参考 “LXWGP-ETS 有线手轮用户手册”.

2.接收器设置后, 系统需要编写PLC程序. 请参阅 “LXWGP-ETS不同西门子数控系统设置方法” and PLC program routine materials for details.

3.完成以上设置后, 将接收器拿到机器电气柜并安装. Pull out the network cable from the computer and plug it into the X130 interface of the system.Connect the receiver power supply and pulse line.3.

7. 移动轴: 按住启用按钮, 选择轴选择开关, 选择放大开关, and then rotate the pulse encoder to rotate the positive moving axis clockwise and the negative moving axis counterclockwise.
8. 长按任意自定义按键即可打开接收器中对应按键的IO输出, and release the button to turn off the output.
9. 按下紧急停止按钮, 接收器对应的急停IO输出会断开, 手轮功能将被禁用, 松开紧急停止按钮, 急停IO输出将被关闭, and the handwheel function will be restored.
